Shop and How to Place an Order

It's simple to place an order.

As an example, if it's a Teddy Bear you want, firstly you need to decide whether or not you want a name embroidered on the bears paw.

You can choose No Embroidery, or Add Embroidery of your choice (Up to 8 letters) on one Paw, for an additional charge of £8.99.

Then, add the item you want by clicking Add to basket.

 

If in doubt, please contact us prior to placing any Order.

 

If ordering within the UK, you will then need to Add the UK Postage type when you go to your Basket.

You have a choice of Standard or Express Postage. The rates are updated regularly to reflect actual postage and packaging costs. We will always combine postage and packing costs to reflect the best possible price that you pay, if ordering more than 1 item.  Please ask for a quote with updated postage costs.

If you are ordering from anywhere else in the world, please contact us first for a postage quote.
